Winter Carnival 2011 Opening Ceremonies will be held at the American Legion in Winthrop. The Winter Carnival Royalty will be announced.

Cocktails 6:00, Dinner 7:00, Sylvia and the Magic Trunk 8:00. Wendy Crump, DJ 7:00-11:00 with a Slideshow of Highlights from 2010 Winter Carnival throughout the evening.
