About The Tri-Town Area

The Tri-Town area consists of three townships: Brasher, Stockholm and Lawrence and includes the hamlets of Brasher Falls, Helena, Winthrop, West Stockholm, Sanfordville, Knapps Station, Brookdale, Lawrenceville, North Lawrence, Nicholville, and Hopkinton. Over 17,270 people live within a10-mile radius of Brasher and approximately 54,000 live within a 15 mile radius (which encompasses the three towns). The Tri-Town area is prime area for development with many acres of land available at below market prices.
